This is quite a large site next to Farnham Road, with access to the site off Wodeland Avenue. The site slopes gently up to the downs which provide a quiet backdrop. The uppermost plots have great views over Guildford and the cathedral.
There is limited vehicular access to this site and many tenants fence their individual plots to deter rabbits. There is a very good community spirit on the site which provides a relaxed atmosphere. The soil is slightly chalky, but this does not pose any problems to the tenants who grow an assortment of fruit flowers and vegetables in abundance.
