The site slopes, quite steeply in places, providing a challenge to some gardeners who have overcome this by terracing their plots. It goes without saying that the higher plots provide fantastic views of the surrounding area. The soil is clay and most things grow quite happily. There is vehicular access to this site and ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Beehives are kept on site. A community plot and toilet facilities are also available for use by plotholders.
