In most cases your first point of contact should be your site warden. Their email address is shown on the site noticeboard or on the relevant page on this web site.

Please do not send copies of your email to all addresses in the hope it will be dealt with quicker. If it is sent to the incorrect person it will be forwarded on to the appropriate person. Always bear in mind that we are a volunteer organisation working in our spare time so you may not receive a reply instantly.
